If an app is blocked while it shouldn\u2019t be when Suzy is active, please check the following\u00a0:<\/p>

Step 1 \u2013 Check Suzy\u2019s Allowed Apps. Please verify that you\u2019ve selected the app you want to access in the Allowed Apps tab. If the app is not part of the Allowed apps selection, then it will be blocked when you tap \u00ab Switch to child mode \u00bb.<\/p>

Step 2 \u2013 Check Apple\u2019s Screen Time Settings:<\/p>

– Please verify that the app you want to access is not in \u201cApp Limits\u201d. Go to your device Settings > Tap \u00ab Screen Time \u00bb >\u00a0 Tap \u00ab App Limits \u00bb > Remove the apps you want to unblock.<\/p>

– Please verify that you have no Downtime or Focus Mode set up on your device. Follow Apple\u2019s instructions here<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>
